It's Catastrophic, it's sad, but it's real

"It's catastrophic, it's sad, but it's real" is an interactive project that informs the public on the effects of climate change in a subtle yet intriguing manner. Printed on these recycled papers are bright blue and red words to reflect the melting ice and rising sea level. On the little flaps are the facts that relate to the causes of climate change.

For example, below "Say hello to", the flaps finish the sentence with different effects such as "rising sea levels, high temperature, melting ice" And say goodbye to... healthy atmosphere, koalas, Venice study abroad...The flaps give more information on why we are saying hello to or goodbye to these things. As the viewers peel the little flaps off, a secret message appears. Watch the video below to see my installation process.
